As the Director of the Investment Advisor Program, Dustin spends 100% of his time focused on the acquisition financing needs of investment advisors nationwide. With over 10 years of experience as a cash-flow lender, Dustin has underwritten more than $250 million in funded loans supporting hundreds of business owners across the country that are looking to grow their business by way of acquisition. From the initial phone call to the funding of your loan, Dustin takes a hands-on approach to making sure your experience and needs are properly met throughout the entire process.
With 17 years experience, Tabitha is the leader of PPC LOAN’s company operations overseeing all closing, customer service, and administrative functions. Currently, she is focusing additional efforts on database management and administration, converting the office to paperless, and utilizing secure document transfers for customer use. She continues to close loans and spends a great deal of her time talking to, and helping our customers.

She uses her decade of experience to build relationships, and she takes great pride in keeping people well informed on the status of their loan closing. Ashley’s goal is to do everything she can to make sure your loan closes on time and to ensure your experience with PPCLOAN is a pleasurable one.
Aaron graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with a double major in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions and joined PPC LOAN the same year. During his college career, he was very active on campus as a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, the Beta Gamma Sigma International honor society, and held several officer positions on the SHSU Trap & Skeet Team.
As a Financial Analyst, Ty focuses his efforts on the Allstate and Advisory Lending Programs. Ty provides professional, educated, and friendly service to ensure a smooth and simple experience for our customers, delivering the best level of care and attention while meeting their individual needs.
Christina joined the closing department at PPC LOAN in January of 2012. She provides her clients with superior customer service and a forward thinking attitude that ensures a smooth closing process. She also aids in loan servicing and seeks to maintain relationships with customers throughout their loan term.
Mary Kate is the most recent addition to the Customer Concierge team as an Operations Assistant. For the past 10 years she has been working in luxury customer service in various forms. Mary Kate truly loves the opportunity to build long-term relationships that her career provides. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable experience for each and every client in their financing needs.
Brittany oversees PPC LOAN’s Customer Concierge Team and focuses on the overall customer experience. She works closely with the Closing Department to guarantee that you receive the best possible service in the industry. She brings over ten years of experience in project management and customer service to PPC LOAN. Brittany looks forward to assisting you with all aspects of your loan needs, from the first contact to after the loan has funded. She will help guide you throughout the loan process, ensuring that the many stages of your business loan and the various aspects of the process go smoothly.
Brittany graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Management. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest area, until she moved to Texas in 2007. She now considers The Woodlands, TX home. In her free time, you will find her relaxing with friends and family. She also enjoys going to professional sporting events and traveling.
Katie is the welcoming voice you hear when you call PPC LOAN. She has over 13 years of customer service experience and uses it to direct your phone calls to our team of experts here at PPC LOAN as well as assist with other administrative duties.
As a Financial Analyst, Tully specializes in the Allstate Lending Program. Tully knows that each deal is unique and prides himself on providing professional and educated service to his clients and ensuring that their particular financing needs are met throughout the entire loan process.
Mac has over 35 years of banking experience and is one of the founders of PPC LOAN and its predecessor firm Professional Practice Capital in 1998. Through PPC LOAN, Mac has developed and grown lending programs which have provided over $1.5 billion in financing in support of the business needs of service sector professionals such as dentists, veterinarians, accountants, insurance agents, investment advisors, and Federal Express independent contractors.
As a Financial Analyst at PPC LOAN, Blake focuses primarily on the Allstate Lending Program. Blake uses his knowledge of various lending styles to mold the PPC LOAN experience to the needs of his clients. Blake is currently pursuing an MBA in hopes that his continued education will benefit both his clients and the company in the future.
Fred has over 34 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and is one of the founders of PPC LOAN. Prior to founding PPC LOAN in 2008, Fred was one of the founders and served as President and CEO of Professional Practice Capital, LLP since 1998.
Jaymee plays a critical role in ensuring PPC LOAN runs smoothly every day. For the last ten years, she has worked as an administrator, office manager, and marketer, including various levels of communication with our customers. From a marketing perspective, Jaymee makes sure PPC LOAN is well represented from a web and print media perspective, and she oversaw the overhaul of the PPCLOAN website.
Serving as President & CEO of PPC LOAN, Paul has focused on expanding the lending niches to which PPC LOAN serves, recently adding Independent Investment Advisors and FedEx Home and Ground to the buffet of industries in which PPCLOAN provides capital. Paul has personally reviewed and signed off on every credit application PPCLOAN has funded since 2000, which accounts for over 2,800 loans, totaling $1.40 billion in funding. Paul also leads the wonderful team of folks at PPCLOAN, with a focus on customer activism, continued process improvement, and open communication.
Paul currently serves as President & CEO of PPC LOAN. Paul has personally reviewed and signed off on every credit application PPC LOAN has funded since 2000, which accounts for over 3,100 loans, totaling $1.75 billion in funding. Paul also leads the wonderful team of folks at PPC LOAN, with a focus on customer activism, continued process improvement, and open communication.
Paul has written and published over 40 articles and is regularly asked to speak at various meetings. Paul created the Allstate Agency Value Index in 2009, a tool that has been used by Allstate Insurance Management, along with buyers and sellers alike to assist in placing a fair and equitable value on an Allstate agency. With over 4,000 subscribers to the quarterly AAVI report, Paul is regularly asked to speak on agency valuation, and has traveled to all 13 Allstate designated regions for speaking engagements.
Paul graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and joined PPC LOAN in 1999. Paul currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife and two boys. Paul spends his free time coaching his sons sports teams, fishing, playing golf and attending church functions.
With nearly 20 years’ experience, Tabitha is the leader of PPC LOAN’s company operations.Since joining the company in 2000 in an administrative capacity, she had served in every role on the PPCLOAN team and has overseen all closing, customer service, and administrative functions.With her primary focus now on process engineering, she is currently working toward moving the customer loan application and closing experience to a more streamlined, secure online platform.Always service-minded, she continues to spend a great deal of time talking to and helping our customers, as understanding the customer perspective is a great motivator and tool for her in constantly striving to advance our processes and provide a superior level of service.
Though not born in Texas, Tabitha got here as quickly as she could and currently resides in Conroe. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking care of her menagerie of animals.
With over a decade of experience in loan origination, Steven has a strong credit mind and he structures deals to best position people for success. His focus is on generating high quality loan opportunities while keeping a keen eye on the customer experience. Presenting a quality loan product to a customer during a loan process which exceeds expectations will likely lead to repeat business and referrals to help build and maintain a strong loan portfolio.
Steven graduated from Texas A&M University with a Finance degree and joined PPC LOAN in early 2005 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to taking over as Chief Credit Officer, Steven was involved in over 1,000 Allstate agency acquisition transactions. His name is well known among Allstate agents nationwide.
Steven was born and raised in Brenham, TX, and he is currently married with two children. Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing and watching college football.

Dustin spent two years as a financial advisor providing retirement planning for non-profit organizations before joining PPC LOAN in May of 2005. Dustin has also assisted business owners with various other financing needs including mergers, buy-ins, buy-outs, and succession plans. Dustin is a 2002 graduate of Texas A&M University, resides in Houston, TX, and enjoys traveling and hunting.

Jaymee has a critical role working behind the scenes to ensure PPC LOAN runs smoothly every day. Jaymee joined the company in 2008 providing general administrative duties. As company needs expanded, she pushed herself to learn new skills and take on more responsibility, leading her through multiple positions before becoming the Director of Administrative Services. In this position, she provides support for everything from Human Resources, to facility management, to daily office operations. She has directed the overhaul of the PPC LOAN website, does logistic management for all our trade shows, and is the administrator for AllstateForSale.com.
Jaymee graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in 2005. Upon graduation, she immediately packed up and moved to Texas where she now lives with her family and pets. She enjoys archery, baking, and volunteering in her neighborhood community.
Jess joined the PPC LOAN closing team in April 2021. As a member of the Closing Team, she is responsible for ensuring the loan process goes smoothly and every client’s experience is an enjoyable one. Jess brings over 15 years of operations and customer service experience to our team. She is passionate about providing the highest-level customer service in every point of contact she makes with our clients and looks forward to developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Jess was born and raised in the Spring/Woodlands area where she currently resides with her husband and four kids. In her free time, you will often find her outdoors enjoying the community she is native to. She loves to go for walks on the local trails, cheer for her kids at their various sporting events, and spend time at the lake with her extended family. Jess is an avid reader and regularly keeps a stack of books nearby.
Madison joined PPC LOAN in September 2020 as the Operations Assistant. She soon joined the Loan Operations team before moving into her role with the Closing Team. As a Closing Assistant, Madison provides support to the closing team and works to create a smooth closing process for each client. With a background in hospitality, she is customer focused and strives to provide outstanding and prompt service with every client interaction.
She was born and raised in the Midwest and graduated from North Dakota State University. She moved to Houston in 2014 and is happy to call it home. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
During his time with PPC LOAN, Aaron has worked with hundreds of current and aspiring small business owners to accommodate their various business financing needs. He relies on his experience to help his clients through not only the lending process but also offers his insight and advice to clients that might be navigating an acquisition for the first time. With a background in sales, Aaron truly knows the importance of tailoring products to suit the needs of his customers and takes a hands-on approach to ensure an enjoyable experience from underwriting throughout the life of the loan.

Initially, Aaron began working in the insurance lending program helping Allstate agents with agency acquisitions in addition to assisting implement new lending niches to further support the financing needs of small business owners. Aaron still works in the insurance lending program but now devotes a majority of his time assisting independent Financial Advisors finance mergers, acquisitions, and internal succession plans.
Originally born and raised in Austin, TX, Aaron currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife and their furry, four-legged son. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching sports, hunting, playing golf, and traveling.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, Ty focuses his efforts on PPC LOAN’s Allstate and Advisory Lending Programs. Ty provides professional, educated, and friendly service to ensure a smooth and simple experience for our customers, delivering the best level of care and attention while meeting their individual needs. In addition, he is responsible for managing key relationships with industry leaders and referral sources for PPC LOAN.
Through his tenure with PPC LOAN, Ty has evaluated 100s of M&A transactions, phased successions, and business debt refinances giving him a wealth of knowledge in the subject and to provide sound advice for his clients.
Ty is a 2016 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and minor in Economics. Originally from Salado, TX, Ty currently resides in Magnolia, TX with his wife. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on his fightin’ Texas Aggies, hunting, and fishing.
Travis joined PPC LOAN in 2019 after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. Throughout his time at PPC LOAN, Travis has worked with and analyzed hundreds of transactions and puts great emphasis on the overall customer experience that he provides.
Travis understands the complexities and variations that come with each opportunity and prides himself in developing the best lending structure that fits each unique situation.
As a Financial Analyst, Travis works with existing and potential new clients throughout the underwriting process and serves as the ongoing manager for their relationship. Travis initially focused on PPC LOAN’s Insurance Lending Program and has since shifted to work in both the Insurance and the Investment Advisory space. Travis spends the majority of his day assisting current and prospective business owners with the financing process in acquisitions, mergers, and internal succession and equity purchases.
In his free time, Travis enjoys listening to live music and spending time outdoors. Some of his main hobbies include golfing, fishing, hunting, and watching the Houston Astros.
As a Financial Analyst, Kevin works primarily in the Allstate Lending Program. He understands that each deal comes with a unique set of circumstances and focuses on providing a professional, smooth, and informative experience for his customers.
Kevin graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2020 with a double major in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions. While at Sam Houston, Kevin was involved in various organizations including being an official university ambassador. He gained a well-rounded understanding of the banking industry by supplementing his studies with internships in various types of financial institutions.
As a Loan Specialist at PPC LOAN, Faith implements her 10 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry to provide excellent and efficient service to customers. Her focus is to fulfill PPC LOAN client requests and provide assistance through the loan process. In being accessible and effective, Faith aims to develop long lasting client relationships where they feel comfortable coming to her with any and every request.
Faith graduated in 2018 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications and Public Relations. Originally from Pennsylvania, she relocated to Texas 4 years ago to escape the cold weather and is thrilled for this to be her permanent home. In her free time Faith enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the Houston culinary scene, and watching The Office on repeat.
Elizabeth was born in New York and after moving to Texas, isn’t looking back. She has a background in accounting and is federally authorized as an Enrolled Agent. In addition to her accounting background, Elizabeth graduated from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Baking and Pastry and runs a small business from home. She is a dog mom of two and enjoys traveling, concerts, and spending time with friends.
With experience in health care and customer relations, Chloe understands the importance of prompt and efficient service. As the Loan Operations Assistant, she brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to PPC LOAN. Chloe utilizes her skills of clear communication and attention to detail to ensure seamless processes within the Loan Operations team.
Chloe graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and is proud to be a Bearkat alumni. She loves her friends (both human and furry alike) and enjoys spending time with them every chance she gets. Chloe is an avid shopper and loves spending her free time out on the town exploring the city.

In addition to owning and operating a Federal Express independent contractor firm, a general dentistry practice, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, serving as a member of the Practice Management Faculty of the Northwestern Dental School, Mac has also been a regular lecturer at the University of Texas San Antonio and University of Las Vegas Dental Schools. Mac has published numerous articles in prominent publications, and is the author of The Affluent Dentist (a book offered for sale on Amazon.com). Mac graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Financial Planner.
